Possibly a formula for a ritual using someone or something's hand. What the various focal points on the page signify is unknown. Why the skin is peeled back to expose a broken radius is also unknown. Was this bone already broken or is it to be broken during or after ceremony? The anatomy does appear to be human in structure. An Eye of Gosh appears within the symbols.
